The Bega Produce Markets. Every Friday, 8am – 1pm at Littleton Gardens, Bega. Local produce and producers market. Specialising in seasonal produce and locally made foods.
The market was established in January 2009. It aims to encourage growers to supply the community with seasonal produce from farms, gardens and kitchens. The event celebrates the joy of fresh, seasonal, local food.
The Bega Cheese Heritage Centre is a great place to explore the world of Bega Cheese. The centre offers visitors the chance to try our world famous cheese and to learn about the history of dairying and Bega Cheese in the Bega Valley. We sell Bega products as well as a wide range of Australian cheese. We also have a great range of souvenirs, farm-themed giftware, jams & honey.
If you are hungry, let our coffee shop entice you with great milkshakes, icecreams and a large range of homemade cakes. If it is lunch you are after enjoy a ploughman’s lunch or steak sandwich from our extensive menu. We are open 7 days from 9am until 5pm (on Anzac Day we open at 11am and we are closed on Good Friday and Christmas Day).
